Terms of Service

1. Who we are
SalonDo (“SalonDo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides booking and website software for independent hair, beauty, barbering and nail salons (“the Service”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including by any staff you give access to.
3. Subscription, trial & billing
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends. After the trial, the Service is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at signup. You can cancel at any time from your admin dashboard; cancelling stops future billing but doesn’t refund the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we don’t store your card details ourselves.
4. Your data & your clients’ data
You own the data you and your clients put into SalonDo — your services, stylists, bookings, and client records. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data). If you cancel your account, you can request an export of your data by contacting us; we’ll delete your data from our systems within a reasonable period afterwards, except where we’re required to keep it (e.g. financial records).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the Service in a way that breaches your clients’ own legal rights (for example, sending marketing messages without a proper legal basis to do so).
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access — third-party providers we depend on (hosting, payments, email delivery) can and occasionally do have outages outside our control. We’ll fix issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SalonDo’s total liability to you arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost bookings, arising from Service downtime or errors.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, don’t pay for the Service, or are used unlawfully, and we’ll give notice where reasonably possible before doing so.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — if we make material changes we’ll let you know by email or via the dashboard before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
