Referral Partner Terms

1. How it works

When you sign up as a referral partner, you get a unique 5-character code and a personal link (salondo.co.uk/YOURCODE). A salon is attributed to you when they enter your code, or sign up through your link, at the point they create their SalonDo account. Each salon can only be attributed to one partner — whichever code is used first.

2. Getting paid

You earn £20 for each salon referred by you that is still an active, paying subscriber at the end of the calendar month following the end of their 14-day free trial. If they cancel during the trial, or don’t stay subscribed through to that point, no payout is due for that referral.

Payouts are reviewed and sent manually by our team via PayPal, to the email address you provide at signup — there’s no fixed payment date, but we aim to process eligible payouts promptly once a salon qualifies. You can see the status of every referral (pending or paid) in your partner dashboard at any time.

3. Fair use

The program is for referring genuine salons you have a real connection to — it isn’t for self-referral (referring a salon you own or control), fake or duplicate signups, or spam. We may withhold or void a payout, and may suspend or close a partner account, where we reasonably believe a referral wasn’t genuine.

4. Changes & ending the program

We may change the payout amount, eligibility rule, or end the referral program entirely at any time. If we do, we’ll still honour payouts already earned under these terms for salons referred before the change.
